MICROGREENS
We grow MicroGreens which are tender, highly nutritious, and packed with concentrated flavor. MicroGreens are versatile and can be eaten as a salad, or used like an herb to add flavor to soups, sauces and other dishes. They make a beautiful garnish and are preferred by chefs. Many varieties of seeds can be grown as MicroGreens from mustard, cress, beets, herbs include: Parsley, Basil, Chives, Spearmint, etc., chard, broccoli, and radishes.
Grown in media with specialized nutrient formula to obtain maximum yield ensuring optimum product quality & taste!

We grow different varieties of lettuce including: Crisphead and Baby leaf mix. Lettuce can be packed and sold as "living" or precut salad mixes.

We do not supply continiously per week because of volumes. The catalogs are for information purposes of what we can grow. We do not grow all the varieties at once as the items are expensive and made per order received well in advance. Note weather conditions and growth cycles of the produce may influence delivery .
